Quite the rudest shop I have every had the misfortune of entering...dreadful, curt, rude, pretentious..obnoxious people....no idea simply how to be polite and pleasant...they seem to delight in being insulting and condesending..Its an awful place...obviously this place must be run as a hobby...no one would conduct business on the bases these people operate... and hope to sell things and make money....

If you love hats this is the place to go. We had an amazing experience choosing a hat in this quaint and quirky shop in Bath. Every sort of hat in so many beautiful colours, styles and sizes. The woman in the shop was so helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. It’s a hat shop of your dreams.

I had one of the best experiences in this little hat shop! Sara (I am sorry if I spelled incorrectly) was such a help in helping me buy my first hat in the UK. She picked a hat which she believed looked amazing on me and guess what I receive so many compliments whenever I wear it(and I wear it all the time). I ended up buying 3 hats which I think were well worth the money. She was kind enough to recommend some vegan restaurants nearby. I went to one of them and was simply impressed.

Thank-you so much for all your help and advice in choosing a hat for my sons wedding. The lady in the shop was so helpful in choosing the right hat to go with my dress. I wanted a large hat as I'm tall, so she advised on buying one with a narrower brim at the front so face not in shadow on photos. Also fabulous advice on choosing the right accessories, which I took.
