Went with my partner as they needed to replace a bra they had purchased from the chain 10 years previously. It was almost closing time, but they were more than helpful. They pulled up the information immediately, and my partner went in for a measurement. They had stock of 1 of the 2 items required, and were very friendly and helpful

Beautiful store, lovely, helpful staff. Plenty of space and time to try things on and get the fit right. Body positive. A great experience.

Went to Bravissimo for a fitting and was helped by Charlotte who did an amazing job. I’ve always struggled with how my bras fit and how they make my body look and she helped me so much. She was so sweet and bubbly, really helped find a style and size that boosted my body and self confidence up and I couldn’t be more thankful for her. Will 100% be going again!

Such a brilliant experience, I came out feeling amazing. Didn't have an appointment or anything but walked in, got fitted by Jasmine (who was incredible and made the whole experience so fantastic) and walked out with bras that actually fit - including a strapless one of all things! Customer service overall was just perfect, will be shopping here again!

I had a brilliant fitting with Tabitha for some maternity/ nursing bras at the Bath store. She made me feel really comfortable and listened really well to what I needed, as well as giving me some really good advice.

I walked in without a scheduled fitting and I got seen to so quickly! All the staff were super nice and helpful, especially my fitter Charlotte who was perfect in helping me find something that worked with my shape and preference 😊

Fabulous experience at Bravissimo in Bath! Turned up really late in the afternoon on Saturday without an appointment on the off chance that there may be an advisor on hand to advise me on a bra for an occasion dress. What I got was a 5* service and every staff member I had the pleasure to speak to doing their absolute upmost to help me. A lady called Ella squeezed me in between appointments and was so proffesional, kind , understanding and knowledgeable that my nerves and worry about being measured and fitted completely disappeared . Ella had a fabulous knowledge of all the vast stock that the store carry and how well they would work with the dress I had showed her a photo of. I was terrified walking into the store but felt a million dollars when I walked out and cannot recommend them highly enough !

I visited the store in April for a fitting then, purchased the suggest style and size bra. After a month realised that it was ill fitting but wasn't sure if the bra has just stretched. Returned today to get refitted to find a bra that fit. Unfortunately, the fitter just insisted it was the right size before even testing the size and just suggested I tighten the straps. When I showed her the 3 inch gap in the waist band under my bust and explained that the straps were the only thing giving support, she said that was unusual but offered no further suggestions. I then requested the bra in a sister size which she initially refused, but then returned with. She egknowledge the band was a better fit but when asked about what to do about the gap in it the cup, she claimed it was a perfect. So, I left still unsure about my size. I've been fitted by Bravissimo for years without incident but have never felt so dismissed at a fitting. Don't go this store, I had much better experiences at the Cardiff, Milton Keynes, Birmingham and Oxford Circus branches. Bath fitter was just just an disinterested sales assistant. Such a waste of time and money as I traveled from Bristol. Never again 😒, I ragger go to Cardiff.
