I had a very nice massage with Anna. She was able to focus on the sore points in my neck and shoulders successfully. The only problem was that she didn’t do it for the full 30 minutes - a lot of the time was spent talking and filling in forms. Very nice but would have liked the full time, as that’s what I paid for.

Neal’s Yard, yes. More, it’s a modern day apothecary offering a unique and personal service which just can’t be rivalled by supermarkets or online shops. A hidden gem in Bath for those looking for herbal remedies lovingly concocted by trained herbalists. Lovely staff who were all happy to help; I had the pleasure today to speak with Amanda who recommended exactly what I was looking for. I walked out happily with two bottles of tinctures ready for whatever the winter months will throw at me!

Needs to highlight on the website that if you book in for a treatment, you need to climb 3 flights of narrow winding stairs, with sharp unfinished edges that snag your clothes, before reaching a stuffy unventilated attic room. Treatment itself (reflexology) with Anna was ok, but not particularly relaxing with all the windows open and the sound of a particularly untalented busker on an accordion blaring in from the street slicing through the melodic chimes of Anna’s relaxation playlist. Considering you’re in Bath there’s probably some much better options out there, I advise looking elsewhere.
