Phil was happy to give me advice prior to booking to ensure we got the bouncy castle which suited our needs. The castle arrived in plenty of time before the party. Staff were friendly and helpful and set up the castle, securing it firmly in the ground. The castle itself was clean and fresh with safety mats supplied. It was exactly what we wanted and the only surprise was on our grandson's face when he saw it. Happy to recommend and we will definitely be returning customers.

Got the superhero bouncy castle for my sons birthday. The bouncy castle arrived at 8.30 and was collected after 3 and was the best days entertainment ever. The staff were so helpful, they set up and tidied up really quick and helped with the smooth flow of the day. Can’t recommend this company enough. Will definitely be using them again for future birthday parties

Phil was flexible when our event had to be cancelled earlier this year due to Covid. He held our deposit and we were able to rebook when we got the celebration rescheduled. He worked with us to get a drop off time that suited. The bouncy castle was set up really securely and the service is priced competitively. Couldn’t have asked for more!

I hired the jungle theme soft play package for my Grandsons 1st birthday. The kids had a ball, we had an age group of 1 to 11 and there was something for everyone.. Phil and his staff were very friendly and everything was set up brilliantly and in good time too.. Can't recommend them enough.. Thanks Lisburn Hot Tub and Bounce.

Have hired Phil’s bouncy castles a few times now and they’re so good for the kids. He’s always on time, always tidy and clear. The kit is safe and it’s really well priced. Can’t recommend enough and will 100% use again

Excellent service. Bouncy castle was set up and running within 5 minutes. The bouncy castle itself was clean and tidy and once all was dismantled there were no marks left in lawn. Definitely would hire from this company again. Kids had a ball so worth every penny, which is cheaper than most around. Highly recommended.
