This pharmacy is just amazing, always going above and beyond to help. The service they offer is superb. Daisy was able to help with my ear wax treatments and both Daisy and Sunni offer advice to aid general health issues and well being. Thank you all for your support. 10/10 !

I attended this pharmacy following a recommendation from a colleague, I found them to be kind, helpful, professional, and considerate. Daisy explained the process of ear wax removal carefully and took the time to explain everything to me carefully and with patience. I also observed how all the staff interacted with other customers and felt that they were very caring; seemingly knowing a lot of their customers by name. I found this refereshing & reassuring.

The service was beyond excellent. I had a consultation with the main pharmacist who took time to examine my case thoroughly. She advised me to go to the Lymington hospital as she considered my case to be seen by a doctor. The doctor in the hospital was impressed by what she already prescribed. I called to ask their opening hours as I had an antibiotic to take. They assured me that they will be waiting for me beyond the opening hours. I was late 20 mint and a gentlemen was waiting for me to help me with the prescription. Rarely professional and kind service. Thank you

Ear wax removal - Sunny did a great job getting impacted wax out of my ears. Needed two sessions to ensure it was completely clear in both ears, but perfect now. Would highly recommend. Friendly service as well from all the staff.

I phoned and spoke with Daisy Saturday morning to see if she could remove wax from my left ear. She made an appointment for me at 3:30 that afternoon. I turned up early but she invited me straight in and examined both my ears and then started my treatment. Daisy was brilliant and I will use her pharmacy again in the future. Thankyou Daisy. It’s nice to hear again.

Daisy was excellent and very kind and patient in my appointment. She accommodated my time needs and was very quick with the treatment. I'm very happy. The other staff are all really lovely too.

Absolutely amazing service. I suspected I had an ear infection. With the weekend looming I knew I’d be in pain and needed treatment. So I called the GP practice and they weren’t able to see so they referred me Forest Pharmacy. I was seen within about 4 minutes by the prescriber, I was listened to and a quick inspection of my ear (video - amazing) was told I had an infection. Consultation didn’t cost as I was referred. However the prescription would cost. I have a pre paid prescription card and the lady called my GP practice and asked if they were able to pop the prescription through so I could collect from a more local pharmacy and then it wouldn’t cost me. I was so grateful. I know it’s sounds ridiculous - just an ear infection, but left untreated has resulted in hospital admissions. Super service. Served with a kind and compassionate manner. 100% recommended.

Great pharmacy. Had a problem with my ears, Daisy done a thorough exam before recommending having them unblocked. After 10 days of using oil went back to have them hoovered out. I’m a bit of a wuss when it comes to ears, but she was very patient and reassured me the whole time and stopped when I needed a breather. Overall my experience was great, can’t recommend enough will def be returning. ( Hopefully not for ears again though!! 😬)
