Fantastic walk up from the rangers base up to Corrie Fee. The trails are well marked out and the going is fairly easy - we walked with two children (5 and 8) and they made the walk up without issue. There are little informations posts dotted along the track which kept the kids interested with facts and things to look out for on the walk. We weren’t disappointed with the fantastic view once we arrived at the edge of the bowl.

Awesome experience. The place is well managed. There are instructions on the way up the climb with navigation as you go along. The road up is well laid out and I think a lot of effort has been invested in the planning. During the winter it is all snow and during summer it all becomes a giant waterfall. Some parts look scary and not for the faint hearted but it's πŸ”οΈ what do you expect

Trail to corrie fee is very easy but not good mark at all ,we didn't kwno where we are going :)but somehow when we came out of the woods we saw this valley it is so beautiful and the others trails to peaks should be better mark don't go without any map and trails to peak can be sometimes little hard I was with my 12 years son and had secured him especially on wee path up the top of waterfalls and on way back the path is little steep but the wiew are stunning

About 2.5 hours drive from Glasgow, we started this train from Glen Doll and went all the way up to Glen Cova. The trails seem quite endless here and have really spectacular views. Make sure to bring plenty of fluids and packed lunches. The Glen Doll parking lot also has toilets (disabled friendly too). I'll visit again for a longer hike!!

Been my absolute favourite hike so far. We went in autumn so the colours were so nice over the hills. The views looking down over Corrie Fee are absolutely breathtaking. Will definitely be back again to do this one in the summer time.

Shame as 2/3 trails were 'shut'due to fallen trees, however, after taking a cheeky look, some were certainly manageable with some careful navigation. Especially considering there was no time frame for the trails to be cleared. Corrie Fee is a short and very manageable walk up to a very impressive natural amphitheatre which was quite frankly breath-taking as you emerge from the trees onto a plateau and are met by the awesome view. (Note) the parking is coin only but not expensive for all day parking. However if like me you don't have the change, you can pay online upto 72 hours after visiting cause as is only fitting of a area of such natural beauty, there is no signal up there! Just take a picture of the location code on the parking information board.

The geology on the walk upto Corrie was stunning, a short walk but just so interesting with the information posts.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ This is worth the drive up to see it, so if in the area please make the effort. The path is short but as frequently mentioned it isn’t a walk for the faint hearted. The drop builds the nearer you get to the falls as does the noise. The waterfall is big and the river is too so the volume of flow mak...

πŸ‘πŸ‘ We had an amazing stay hereβ€”a really great experience. The owner’s description is exactly right: not a place for people wanting a 5* hotel, but exciting for anyone wanting a unique experience. The castle is still undergoing renovations, and we stayed in the kitchen wing. The original architect knew...

πŸ‘πŸ‘ It's a building in Glen Esk. You can't do anything apart from look at it. It is very impressive and a wee bit romantic (if you're that way inclined I suppose) What you should be doing is enjoying the walk. Turn round and look at the very pretty horses in the field across from the castle. And then wal...
