We came here after 2020 lockdown. We love the peace and nature on the site. The friendliness of all the staff and other residents. We are like 1 big family.

Absolutely beautiful country park. From the first query phone call to buying our new caravan the process has been brilliant. Couldn’t recommend Maguires enough. Our own little home away from home in the most perfect surroundings for many years to come. Thank you x

Beautifully well kept Holiday park - lots of flowers, manicured grass areas and located on the banks of the river Tees. Ideal location for keen fishermen (or women), walkers and cyclists with links to the Teesdale Way and on the doorstep of North Yorkshire. Plenty for all the family on-site with a playpark, football court and an outdoor heated swimming pool! Also within walking distance to two neighbouring villages offering a variety of eateries/pubs/shops and more. Highly recommended 🤩

I am working there as a Decorator but it's a lovely place, still close to town but out of the way enough that it's absolutely peaceful and quiet, the grounds are well kept and it just has that luxurious feel to it. You buy/rent the plot then choose what kind of luxury static you want to buy to place in your plot, the decking (which I am currently doing) is an extra you can buy and have put in from a reputable firm. Nice place.

Most tranquil and friendly place,lovely dog walks by the river.remote enough to enjoy but close enough for reality if you need it

We love our holiday home. fabulous five star site, beautifully maintained, lovely community, next to all amenities, great restaurants and pubs and the tees river running by. We have been on this site for 11 years it’s my sanctuary looking forward to the next 11 years.
