Wow what an experience. I approached Linthorpe House some months ago about a relative who was struggling. It was unusual circumstances, but the team were able to work with us. They tailored a personalised plan to fit my relatives needs. They were approachable and informative throughout the whole process. From the initial enquiry to finally getting the result we needed, they have been professional and polite. I can't express the difference they have made to us. I have been so impressed by the service received by every single member of staff we have came into contact with. We really do appreciate everything. I moved to this dental practice just over a year ago, having difficulty getting the service I felt I needed from another place. Linthorpe house have been faultless, always engaged with you as a customer, friendly and personal. James is my dentist, who is professional, personable and most importantly always thinking ahead with regards to the health of my teeth, very proactive.
