Hired kit from here before I had my own. It’s a good way to try out a new activity without having the outlay on equipment before knowing if you like it. The staff were friendly and the equipment was good. I’ve since bought my own and friends have hired. They too have found the service to be good. It’s also only a short carry to the lake. Coffee and cake afterwards from the cafe top off the day.

Love this place. Been a couple of times and it's always class. Easy to hire equipment. Good parking. Good shop next door and cafe upstairs. Good changing facilities...isn't anything to dislike really. If you want a good day out on the water, I'd definitely recommend using Snowdonia watersports!

An experience that's well worth the money! From the get go the staff were very friendly and accommodating, giving clear info and details on what we needed to do. The surrounding land is phenomenal with beautiful views of the mountains and a what appeared to be a minni castle at the far side of the lake. The lake itself is so very clean and we took a dip halfway through in the wetsuits provided. I couldn't recommend this experience enough!

Visited twice this week with my partner and kids as we loved it so much we hired kayaks and paddle boards and paddles along with wet suits & boyancy aids. Everything was very straight forward, easy to book online, easy to find, staff friendly and helpful, equipment great condition and clean and the location is perfect. Five stars, would recommend highly and will be back when next visiting the area.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What an amazing experience. Loved it. Group of four of us. Super easy booking process online. 2 hours of pure kayaking. No wasting time with dragged out briefings, super friendly staff, facilities and equipment more than good enough. Definitely coming back.

Excellent service. Simple to book online and the equipment was ready for our arrival. The staff were helpful and told us about the weather conditions on the lake that day so we could make the most of our time on the day. Great views and very peaceful.

Best place I've ever hired from and an awesome well stocked shop with really knowledgeable staff. I would recommend this place to everyone. The llyn is absolutely breathtaking and the boundaries allow you plenty of space to explore the whole lake and has incredible views. The cafe above the shop is also brilliant and has a balcony where you can sit to eat/drink which also overlooks the lake and mountains. The cafe, the shop and the hire equipment are all dog friendly too, and I really do mean friendly (the dog got a huge fuss from the staff wherever we went) which of course we both loved! Thank you for making our visit one to remember - we can't wait to come back again soon!
