Phoned the Cheshire Oaks Fossil store and spoke to Jane to source a smartwatch as I left it to long to buy online and became out of stock spoke to Jane at Cheshire Oaks fossil and she sourced were there 3 were in stock at a store in Scotland and gave me the store contact details and contacted them and couldn't of helped enough at both stores (Fossil at Cheshire oaks and Watch Staion in Livingston.). Payment taken and delivered next day with free derlivery. Couldn't asked for anymore with great service. Thanks again especially to Jane at Cheshire oaks and Patrick at Livingston store.

Good watch collection, Excellent Service. The team was extremely helpful as I was going through the watches displayed. They made good suggestions and were there to recommended and try on different styles. I bought 2 watch for my parents and also got free engraving. Shoutout to the entire staff for being kind, helpful and engaging. A 10/10 recommend.

Went into the store today to look for christmas gifts . Greeted straight away by really friendly staff who were there to help but not in you're face . We were told about the offers that were on and decided on a watch for my mum . Great price and then a further 30% off . Great proper customer service thank you !!

I was looking around the Fossil outlet at Cheshire Oaks as usual lovely welcome by the staff when you enter. I was served by Ellie & Lori who helped me purchase a new fossil watch, I have only had Fossil watches for years. They went through the pros of a new Google watch. I didn’t want to change my watch as I loved the one I had and the strap I loved was perfect. They swapped my new strap over for my old one & resized my new strap incase I wanted to swap between the two. Excellent customer service as always from all the staff but particularly Ellie & Lori. I wanted to find a wallet from this shop today, just want to say all the staff were lovely and helpful. The price of the quality products are excellent and in sale at the time. I got a wallet embossed with my initials too, the lady that sold and embossed my wallet was Hedi, excellent customer service and extremely professional and she could have made me spend more if I had the time... Sadly the cinema was calling. Just ace shop, products and staff... Well done
