Bought a great fitting and looking pair of black jeans. Only wore them on special occasions but when I washed then with mild detergent and on 30 degrees they came out looking awful - faded and a lot of colour run. Given they are a lot of money, I'm disappointed and won't be buying from them again.

I have been searching for the perfect pair of black trousers for forever really. Luckily for me Bella di Notte sent me a catalogue the other day (I'd never heard of them before to be honest) and, seeing that the shop was near enough for us to have a nice day out, we made the trip to Malton so that I could try all of the different styles on. So very glad we made the effort. The staff were all lovely and I have found two pairs of trousers that are an amazing fit and quality. I'm delighted and shall become a regular customer.

Great company which sells outstanding lingerie. The whole process [from ordering the product to delivery] is quite easy and straightforward! Also, the order didn't take long to arrive, despite poor weather conditions,, beautifully packed and protected. Especially superb are the Merino and Silk camisoles, which are sure to please even people with an allergy to wool! Highly recommended.

Excellent shopping experience. Great products but what was really special was the outstanding service and advice provided by Caroline in the shop.It was great to get advice about colours , sizes and styles. Nothing was too much trouble which made this an enjoyable shopping experience. I left very satisfied with my new outfit.

Bra advice, fitting service and choice of bras is excellent. Tracey helped me choose the correct size and style for my shape. The size was completely different from what I was wearing and now I have the correct size it makes everything much more comfortable. Due to various lockdowns I could not get to Belle Di Notte and did not want to order online as I new I needed a different size and wanted advice. So left to my own devises I ended up buying from elsewhere the wrong size bra. I will not do that again! I have bought bras from BdN for years and will not go anywhere else. Tracy was excellent, very patient and attentive and I would highly recommend her advice and guidance. Bras, all other products and staff are brilliant.
