Went in late this afternoon with a broken screen and battery. By closing time I had everything working like new again Spot on job Liam and great service by Karen as always!

Went in with my mum today to sort a new phone for her! Liam was great in helping her set up a new phone and transfer everything over, he was very patient with all her questions and explained everything really well! Definitely deserves his week off after dealing with us today 😂

I called into the shop on Friday, noticed it had changed name but was pleased to see Karen was still there. I went to get my dad a new contract and phone. Her patience and expertise are second to none. Whilst there she also sold me a Samsung smart watch and plug. I always recommend Karen 👌

Karen helped us out today when a friend staying lost her phone in the sea. She spend extra time explaining everything to a completely phobic technology lady!! Thank you Karen, we will return and sort out both our phones and our boys phones too. Cannot recommend enough although she might regret giving Judith her number 😉😅

Brilliant customer service from the team at Fonehouse Malton, they fixed a smashed screen for me earlier in the year while also fixing problems with the phone from a previous repair elsewhere (there were some screws loose). I 100% recommend Fonehouse! Thank you :)

Staff very friendly and helpful, got my son's phone screen fixed, with fill frame and lcd replacement, came with 1 year warranty. Excellent job and highly recommended.
