I’m a rookie rider and had a problem today with my chain. I popped in unannounced. John was busy but he came out and looked at my bike and said you can’t ride that. He trundled back in to his workshop with tools and oil and sorted my bike out. He didn’t have to help but he did. I appreciate that. I’ve ordered replacement parts and they’ll be two weeks from the main dealer so I’m putting my bike away until then. I learned a few good lessons today. John, thank you. BR

Having recently bought a new to me ZZR1400 and having discovered some quirks. I decided to reach out to John whom the ZZR community largely views as somewhat of a guru. John took the time to go over my bike, have a chat and show me what he's working on. Won't hesitate to use him when I'm ready to get the bike remapped and QS fitted.

John is a top guy, only does the hard stuff, very pleased with my modified engine in my busa. Always shares what he is doing, i always get an education. if i could 10 stars i would... did i mention the kettle is always on

Fabulous service, John is a font of knowledge and experience, he did multiple runs on my bike to make sure he and I were 100% happy with the maps he created, explaining each stage as he goes, would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. I travelled 145 miles each way for today and don't regret a second.

Best dyno in the country. John is incredible- nothing he can't sort. We have challenged him many times of the past 10 years with supercharged, turbo and naturally aspirated bikes and he has given great service everytime.

Went in to the garage wanting to book my bike in, waited a while outside the office while the guy was busy. He came out so I said "hi you okay..." he just stared at me awkwardly no response. Very rude mate. If he was really busy that's fine but don't be rude to your customers.

John stripped and diagnosed the problems with my 1200 bandit. Rebuilt it and put it back together. Then had it his dyno machine and tuned. John is very talented and knows his stuff. Top quality service. Would definitely recommend.
