Another fantastic experience with the Fun Factor, they always arrive on time and the equipment is clean and installed and tested before they go. From 1st booking to delivery and collection the process was so easy. I was kept upto date of drop off time and everything was very professional and friendly! On time and very professional. Noticed straight away i had artificial grass and said he will look at other options so the grass wouldn’t get damaged. Sorted it and was brill !! Kids really enjoyed their selves! Highly recommend.

We have used Fun Factor for many years now and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. As a school we are particularly concerned about safety and cleanliness of the equipment and this is always exceptional. The castles and snow globes are always in great condition and are delivered and collected exactly as planned for us. We recently held a sponsored bounce using the castle and assault course and it was a huge hit with all of the school. It was a great end to the first half term ! Despite weather getting in the way for the first two attempts, we finally got there third time lucky ! Throughout the process nothing was too much trouble and are literally can’t fault the service we’ve had. We are all very much looking forward to them bringing the snow glove to our Christmas fair in December !

Absolutely can’t recommend Fun Factor Enough!!! We hired the soft play & bouncy castle package for our daughter’s 1st birthday party and it was a huge success. Everyone had a fantastic time and the babies could not get enough of the ball pool.
