I love being treated by Louisa. She is so welcoming, friendly, yet professional and I feel like I am in very safe hands. Despite my treatments being over 12 months apart she has a great memory for things we’ve talked about and it feels like meeting a friend which puts me at ease. I went to the Highbrow Clinic as a model for ombré brows. I could not be happier with my result, as someone who is extremely self conscious about my eyebrows all the ladies made me feel really comfortable and at ease. Th environment was modern and extremely clean and I was greeted by smiles and offered a drink, great latte by the way ladies. This alone started off my experience in a positive light. Natasha did my brows and she was so friendly throughout, always updating me with what she was doing and making sure I was happy. The end result is just WOW. I feel like a changed woman- thank you to everyone at the Highbrow clinic for such a great experience and giving me the boost I needed.

From my initial consultation through to laser tattoo removal and finally my new combination brows (which i love) , Kim has been an absolute joy. She gave me great advice from the very beginning and I felt totally confident that she knew what would work for me and what I wanted to achieve. I had an eyebrow consultation with Kim. She explained everything very well and we talked a lot about colour and shape to suit my skin and hair colour. I had been rather nervous but now feel very confident about having Hyper Realism brows and have booked an appointment for the New Year. Kim also pencilled my eyebrows to demonstrate what the hair strokes would look like and I was thrilled with the results. Can’t wait for the real thing!

Love love love my pmu eyeliner! Kim (as always) was precision mad today, she’s just SO good at what she does! I rarely wear eyeliner because I’m rubbish at doing it but now my eyeliner will be permanently amazing without me worrying about one side looking worse than the other!!
