Erelinda at Millet place concierge has been amazing over the past few month. She has a cheery disposition and is always helpful with my queries and even if it’s for a nice chat. She is on top of my queries and provides feedbacks and keeps me update with ongoing requests. The entire team actually are all amazing and are great at making me feel seen and heard.

We have been living in Adlay Apartments for almost 2 years, it has been great, largely due to the team of Orsalia, Linda, Angela and Samson. Always willing to assist and doing so effectively and efficiently and they did so recently with assisting us in moving from one apartment to the other. The move was seamless and incredibly pleasant, they were patient with us and had all the time for us and all the questions or issues we had. We can’t thank them enough for this experience, absolutely amazing.

Have been staying here for a while and the management team is absolutely brilliant. Special thanks to Erelinda for being so responsive and always there to help you. I appreciate that even if she’s busy with some work, you could just pop up and she’s ready to listen to you and provide you with a solution. Never a dull moment passing by the concierge desk whenever Erelinda is around with her smiling face and up for a nice conversation. Definitely makes it feel very homely.

Have been staying here for more than a year now, and i have been very pleased with the management team here. Special mention for Erelinda who has been very prompt and patient in dealing with all our requests and queries so far. Always a smiling presence whenever you pass by the reception.

We have stayed at Adlay Apartments for two years and can say that the best part of the stay has been the support from the Resident Services. Things can go wrong as they often do, there could be some issue with utilities or with maintenance of the building as it happens at our own homes as well. But the team at Millet Place certainly tries its best to keep transparency of the issues and has unquestionable intent to solve the issues that could impact well-being of the residents. On a personal note, Samson, the Resident Service Manager & Erelinda Bala from his team have been super helpful to us in our most difficult times, especially Erelinda, who demonstrates very high bias for action and takes her job very seriously.
