After a car accident I was left with pain to my shoulder, upper back, ear and neck, I had two previous physiotherapists who both just did session after session of deep tissue massage, I finally found the Treatment room and my insurance company agreed to send me here for treatment, this was a totally different experience. Miles is on a different level with his knowledge and real time experience, he created a plan with an outcome to work towards, setting me exercises to continue at home to build up my strength, which compliment our sessions at the clinic, he uses several techniques based on how much I have improved the previous week and everything is explained in detail. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and I would 100% recommend Miles and the Treatment rooms.

Had treatment with Miles on a badly pulled hamstring, fair play to him he kept a straight face when I told him I’d done it trying to chase my brothers golf trolley just before it shot off into a reen . He was very knowledgeable and after several months of therapy and exercise got me fixed up. Sessions were very relaxed and he had all the new technology and equipment to do a professional job, even a bit of acupuncture, highly recommended, thanks Miles.

First time to a physio and was unsure what to expect but really impressed. Miles put me at ease and within just a few minutes was able to spot my issues. Exercise plan put in place and after 3 days I’m already noticing the difference in my back. My wife recommended me to the Treatment Room and I’d happily recommend others.

I went to see Matt about an ongoing ankle problem, Matt found the issue very quickly and gave deep tissue massage and treatment plan. Excellent service and great treatment, the injury is getting better with each day which feels like a miracle after weeks of no progress. Thank you for a great experience !! I will be back for sure !

Had some pain in my calf after a run and so arranged an appointment with Matt. Good treatment that helped and some very useful advice too. No attempt at getting me to commit to returning regularly which I thought was good. Have felt a lot better since the treatment. Definitely recommend them.

I have been attending the clinic to recover from a broken femur and Whiplash as a consequence of a car accident. Miles has been great at listening to my pains and giving me the appropriate treatment in each session with laser therapy, chiropractic technique, dry needling and massage. I had a massive improvement since I've been attending the clinic and highly recommend it. The main challenge is finding parking nearby but they can recommend places.

Having seen my consultant who advised me I need sports therapy I booked in with Matt to start my therapy, Matt listed to what I need and made me feel really at ease. Treatment started Matt explained everything he was doing and checked on my level of pain throughout. After my session I was well informed what I needed to and I could tell the difference in my muscle joints feeling much more relaxed. I would definitely recommend The Treatment Room.

Saw Miles for an injured shoulder that was causing discomfort. He guided me through the various assessments, explaining the process as we went along. He was very knowledgable and friendly and I enjoyed the chat as we went through the process. After making a diagnosis and suggesting treatment and exercises, my shoulder discomfort massively improved, and went away after a couple of sessions. Would highly recommend.
