Amazing service, managed to get an appointment very quickly. Had blocked ear feeling miserable but Kristina was so lovely and very professional and cleared both my ears felt amazing after. I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Would give it 100 stars if I could.

After over a month of worrying about significant hearing loss and 3 visits to my GP Surgery with no relief, despite being prescribed various medication, I was advised to try microsuction. I managed to book an appointment to see Alex yesterday and could not believe the dramatic difference within minutes. Would not hesitate in recommending him and have already passed his details on to another family member.

Had managed to get a same day appointment after having some hearing loss, when I went for my appointment was welcomed and seen shortly after arrival. Within no time at all had my hearing back, was provided a professional service and was just a very easy going procedure. A lot smoother sailing than some of the other service providers out there. Highly recommend!

Alex is excellent! My dad has been suffering with blocked ears with wax for months now and has been afraid of the microsuction procedure. However, Alex built a great rapport with him, went through his concerns and 2 minutes after the procedure he could hear and ears were unblocked. We would recommend Alex to anyone who has similar issues. Thank you Alex !

Cristina is excellent at what she does, a nice personality and she knows what she is doing. Was in and out within 15 minutes. The ear wax they took out felt like unscrewing a nail from my ear, I hear a lot better now :) Strongly recommend
