I had an amazing experience at the lush in Trafford Centre my sales advisor Karen was amazing so funny and friendly, she made my day she suggested and applied the curl power cream on my hair and gave me a generous sample to test at home let’s just say I will be buying it, by the time I got home the curl power cream had done it’s job my curls look amazing not crunchy or frizzy at all. I did give her a hard time with the suggestions of other products 😅 due to me having a dislike to earthy smells but she was super helpful and sweet. 10/10 service hope she’s on shift when I visit next time

Visited Lush today with my mum in the Trafford centre and was greeted by the lovely Jade who was Christmas staff. She is an absolute credit to the team, as she assisted my mum in creating the most perfect Christmas box taking her time going around the store picking all different bits and bobs for us which was fantastic as someone with little knowledge of what things are good to use. She has the most bubbly and lovely personality and I personally thought she had worked in the shop for a while with her professional experience, manner and overall knowledge of the different products. We come all the way from Liverpool every Christmas to go the Trafford centre and its staff like Jade who make the trip worth while. As she even gave us a little gift of her which was a egg nog shower gel which was a sweet but very much appreciated thought and shows how she went out of her way for customer service which you don’t see often. There was also a gentleman who assisted Jade on the tills with packaging who had glasses and mentioned his partner was a nurse he was also very lovely and made our visit a welcomed experience and seemed like he would be a lovely manager. LUSH - Trafford Centre, Manchester I had, absolutely the best experience at LUSH, TC recently. I purchased the Snow Fairy range and a gift box, bespoking my gift. The lovely young lady who served me, Katy G was an absolute super star, wrapping the purchases and carefully arranging in the box. Her customer service was incredible at one of the busiest time in the Christmas calendar. She not only made my visit to LUSH a good one but made my day. Thank you Katy G.

We visited the store today and loved a specific scent in store, we were then sat down by Jamie who listened to what we liked and shows us lots of different products that fit our likes. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he really took the time to listen to us and suggest things we hadn’t tried before. He went above and beyond and was genuinely passionate about what he was doing. The rest of the team were so efficient and helpful working alongside Jamie to make it a really pleasant and memorable experience. Can’t remember a time we had such good customer service.

The staff here are incredible - especially the wonderful Cess. She made my little girls day showing her the bath bombs and didn’t mind getting splashed with soap several times. Just a lovely person! Thank you

Great range of products and extremely wide selection of new stuff. However, the five stars rating is mainly for the staff. I had great interactions with 3 of the staff from the minute I walked it until after i’d made my purchase. Special mention to Iris who had a sit down with me and allowed me to try the purity soap (which i will be back for.)

Amended. Always a sensory delight and all products animal friendly, prices have risen a bit but haven't they everywhere. Realized I was a bit harsh leaving 4 star review recently so ammended it. On reflection I can't think of a nicer shopping experience and I didn't give consideration to how friendly the staff were
