Superb bike shop. Found the shop online as they had a bike I wanted in stock in my size. Reserved over the phone and visited the shop a couple of days later. I was able to test ride the bike (and was allowed to test a significantly more expensive bike for fun whilst waiting!). I part exchanged my old bike which was a very easy process with a fair price offered. The new bike was checked over whilst I waited and enjoyed a nice coffee and large slice of cake. Would definitely recommend and was worth the travel. Very happy customer who is already enjoying the new bike.

From start to finish the whole process of buying a new bike was seamless. The online part- exchange form was easy to complete and a response was received quickly. A visit to the shop so part exchange bike could be inspected to confirm quote and selection of new bike couldn’t have been easier. All staff were very professional and helped me to make an informed choice of new bike. Delivery was arranged and arrived without issue. Communication was a big strength, whether it was over the phone, e-mail, via the website and most importantly in person. A great service and will not hesitate to recommend to others.

I liked the shop and felt welcome when I walked in. It was great to be able to see a good range of bikes too. Before arriving, I knew exactly what I wanted and when I found it, I was able to complete the purchase and take the bike in the same transaction. Hard to fault their service. I took my bike in for a service and a new chain and fixed some issues I wasn't aware of. The staff were polite and friendly, and the work was turned around very quickly. Certainly a better experience at Flamme Rouge than I've had from other local specialist bike shops..

Very helpful staff. Advised me on use and setting up my new smart trainer. Fitted my cassette and helped me load car. The coffee and cake from the cafe were awesome. Will shop with conficence in the future at Flamme Rouge

More than happy to give a genuine and well deserved 5 stars to Richard and the team. My son made his first large purchase and bought a bike. Richard dealt with him and his needs professionally but also personally, he understood the pitfalls of dealing with someone just starting out and even had his bike ready for his first shift at his new job. The service was outstanding! I was helped out by mainly Joy and other members of staff throughout my purchase. My purchase was through my employer cycle to work scheme. Joy was very attentive to my requirements and guided me with what equipment to purchase. The quotation was emailed to me and any queries were answered promptly. The order process was easy and I received my bicycle within 3 days. They helped me with the adjustments to the bike and I was quickly on the road. I would like to thank the staff for their help and assistance.
