All of staff at H&T are extremely friendly and super efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to pawn. I have tried other pawn brokers in the area and they were not helpful. One of the staff members Nicoleta was fantastic and gave a 10/10 service and tended to my needs.

They test each piece with a monitor and also measure the size precisely to make sure I get the right prices for my Items. I went to cash converters and they offer me £25 for my ring but handt valued my diamonds and I walk away with £140.. I'm excited and happy with the service and price !

If I could give zero, I would. Staff are rude and made things more difficult than any other western union branch I’ve been at over the years. They refused to give us the money although we answered all data protection questions and had various forms of ID to support. Don’t bother coming here, there’s a high probability it will be a wasted trip. Considering finances can be quite a sensitive situation to begin with, the last thing you need is customer representatives that have no people skills, empathy or practice flexibility that the official process permits.
