I was really nervous about having my septum piercing . I rang up the day before about my worries and i was made to feel at ease It was very comforting. The piercing went so well no pain at all for me . We went through all the cleaning process and was also sent an email regarding this. Would definitely recommend especially if your nervous.

Amy is an amazing piercer, just had my 13th piercing with her and she always gives a very calming, relaxing space while you get your piercing. She’s very thorough with aftercare and very approachable with any question or issues you have. Very professional. The Bubblegum studio is very clean, tidy and relaxing. A good choice of jewellery for your existing and new piercings. Can’t recommend Amy enough, I wouldn’t trust anyone else to pierce me as I’ve always had very positive piercing experiences with Amy. She’s amazing at keeping you calm during the process of the piercing and talks you through everything she is doing or about to do so you know what to expect and nothing is surprising during the process. Will only ever go to Amy to get pierced as I can’t imagine getting pierced by anyone else as she makes the whole experience positive.

Had my septum done here today by Amy. The place is so lovely and cute and Amy is so sweet and obvious she knows exactly what she’s doing! I was a bit nervous as it was a first time piercing for me (apart from ears) but she was so reassuring and it didn’t even hurt! Got lots of good aftercare advice and Amy’s colleague (I’m so sorry didn’t get their name) was also super friendly as well! Would recommend this place to anyone, especially if you’re nervous. I love my piercing! 🩷

Friendly, helpful and lovely. I would highly recommend. I wasn't able to get into the shop as I'm in a wheelchair and Bedford buildings are old and quirky, but they are looking at getting a ramp. I needed and earring changed and as I wasnt getting a new piercing the lady (whose name I rudely forgot to get!) was able to come outside and do it there for me (still very hygienically with all the proper equipment and gloves etc so I didn't feel that there was a 'risk' by not being inside). They are looking at getting a fold up ramp which would make the shop accessible, not easy to do in Bedford! Very reasonably priced as well. I'll go back when I decide on my next piercing!

Amy is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Both of the piercings I've had with her have been my least painful and easiest to heal. She really knows her stuff about positioning and after care and she's so friendly and down to earth, she puts you instantly at ease. I've followed her over from her last place of work to Bubblegum Piercing and Aesthetics as she's amazing and i trust her implicitly. I have definitely found my forever piercer in Amy! On top of all of this, Amy has gone out of her way to help me find a particular piece of jewellery I'd been after. Many thanks for everything Amy :)

I am quite a nervous customer and Amy always makes the process comfortable, quick and so much easier for me. She is also really friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to the do's and don'ts of piercings! Ive had 4 (so far) from Amy and they all look fantastic. Ive also been able to just drop in if i've had any questions or any healing concerns and she has always been a massive help. Cannot forget to say how beautiful her studio is, also with a really great choice of high quality jewellery!
