We recently used CityLets to market our rental property near York University for the first time ever. I was very impressed with the speed of the service provided by Karen in particular, but also all of the CityLets staff I dealt with. Karen was very knowledgeable about the current rental market in York. I was extremely pleased with the quality of all of the applicants who came to view our property and could have happily let the property to any one of them. I also really liked the fact that you could pay for the services you actually needed, rather than having to pay a blanket fee.

Beautiful apartment spotless, city lets people are friendly helpful and nothing to much trouble. The man who let us in the apartment was lovely told us what we needed to know . The lady who cleans the apartment was so nice friendly ,this apartment is in an ideal place minutes walk to shops,pubs,cafes,resteraunts,york minster,shambles,tour bus, the apartment was homely and comfy beds will be booking again and recommending to friends and famiy

After struggling to get responses from other York EAs, I’m incredibly pleased with the services from CityLets. Amy was incredibly helpful, as well as understanding. Highly recommend for anyone trying to find somebody helpful in the current market.

What a lovely little gem this place is.. very clean & tidy, lovely river views, had everything we needed for a short break in York, close to the town, from start to finish the booking process was so easy, Sharon was very helpful especially when we wanted to extend our stay. Would highly recommend and will defiantly be returning.

Room not cleaned when arrived. When cleaned not cleaned 2 a good standard, not very good in the middle of a pandemic. Cleaner turned up with young children. Shower wouldn't turn cold and water was piping hot. Left the key in safe box as instructed and got a phone call saying it wasn't there. Never got a return call saying sorry we have the key. Very unprofessional.

Me and my partner have recently moved to our new property with the help of City Lets York. Both Leanne and Karen have been extremely helpful from the very beginning of our move - they replied to all our emails very quickly, answered any questions we had thoroughly, and did their best to make sure our move was successful and hassle-free. Definitely recommend renting with City Lets!
