Becky was super professional and explained the procedure before starting. There was no pain and Becky made me feel relaxed throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend her services.

Becky came to my home to syringe both my ears, which were very clogged up. She arrived punctually and was not only very professional but polite and friendly too. Once my ears were cleaned out we did a basic test on my hearing to see if I needed further assistance from a hearing specialist. Her charges are very reasonable and I would definitely recommend this person.

Rebecca came to our house to check our ears for wax. She was calm and professional and explained everything she was going to do. She checked my husband's ears which were wax free. Mine on the other hand had one which was blocked so removed most of it with microsuction. Was very careful and it was painless, though she wasn't able to get it all out, but advised me to put olive oil in it, which would soften the rest of it and it would come out on its own. Was very comfortable with her doing it when it was a sensitive area. Would recommend her to anyone want to have their ears checked.

I am so glad I got this done. I have been suffering with my ears for a long time & I saw on post on my local village page and thought why not, made it even better the service was mobile so it ment it got done in my home. It was a very comfortable experience, if I didn’t feel comfortable the process would have stopped. I would recommend this to anyone.

I text rebecca on the off chance she would have an urgent appointment and within a couple of hours she was at my home, restoring my hearing! Absolutely lovely lady, friendly and professional, made me feel very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who has blocked ears. Fabulous service, first time we have used Rebecca and so glad we did.
