Unfortunately, I neglected to ask how much the simple haircut would cost before going there, and after more than 3 hours staying there, me and my friend been charged for £80!!!(each £40) The hair styler acted quite unprofessionally in front of me, yelling at one of the employees. Definitely was my first and last time visiting this salon!! And now, after doing nanokeratin, I realised that the haircut was absolutely awful and unprofessional. I sent a message to the salon's owner, Mahnaz, informing her of how bad my haircut was! By the way I DID NOT request a refund or a redo haircut. To my surprise, this lady insulted me extensively, completely denied the hair cut done at her salon, calling me a stingy hungry beggar and mocking me because of my hometown. This is so shocking how dare she does treat her customers and her employees in such a disgusting manner, and while I was waiting, she told another customer to leave her salon because she was unhappy with the lashes done at that salon. It's unbelievable that someone came out of her room, came to the UK, and decided to open a business without knowing how to provide a good service or deal with customers or having any knowledge being in the society!!!! Avoid this terrible salon with such a poor management.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This is in regards to the nail section. Wish I could give less than 1 star but sadly I can't, avoid this place like the plague! Abysmal service, staff are rude. They don't interact with you just talk among themselves in their language so you feel you're interrupting them. Chucked a wipe at me and demanded me to wash my toes, I am disabled and struggle with this and after struggling they basically just added white nail polish to the tips of my toes and charged me £18 - looking at the quality my grandson could do better. I wanted a pedicure and found the whole experience to be quite pathetic to be honest. After now exploring the reviews I can see it seems to be the general consensus for this establishment for manicures and pedicures. Don't waste your time and look elsewhere there are plenty of better salons. However I will say the other staff who did my hair were lovely and gave me exactly what I asked for. If only the nail staff had the training that's so blatantly needed. They need a lot more focus around attitude for customers, general salon etiquette and basic human empathy.

Paid £28 for eyelash extensions to become lose and start to fall off within a matter of hours. After 2 days it was completely hanging off! Was told they would last 1-2 weeks. Was very clear how poorly they had been applied. Staff were rude and did not apologise for the mess they had made to my eyes. I was charged extra despite it being a fault of their own. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Sadly, I cannot recommend this salon. I asked for a normal nail polish for my manicure and I was told that they do not offer normal polish, even though the price list very clearly states that they do. I wonder if the girls are trained to do manicures, as the girl who worked on my nails did not bother to trim the skin at the bottom of my nails or remove cuticles. I paid for luxury pedicure and she did not trim my toenails or remove cuticles. She just filed my toenails, and they needed trimming! The manager worked on my "luxury" pedicure in a little foot spa - there was nothing luxurious about the experience. I can live with these issues, but the worst part of the experience was the atmosphere in the salon. The girls were rude, very clearly talking about me and my friend in a foreign language. The manager was verging on hostile. Altogether a very uncomfortable experience and certainly very poor value for money. After reading other reviews from unhappy customers, I am now expecting a rude reply from her.

If it was possible I wouldn't be giving any stars. Went for a chin wax OMG wish I hadn't bothered. Do not think she had any idea what she was doing, she started with what I asked but then was using tweezers and pulling at my chin. She was about too use the thread method till I said no, asked was I happy with the final job an obviously I wasn't said there was still hair on my chin but now it was extremely painful and red.

I found the salon rather odd. No consultation about what shape I would like my nails to be, they were just filed within an inch of their lives, as she was more interested in interfering with the receptionist when the telephone rang for an appointment or a customer came in with an enquiry. No chat from the nail technician or the reception staff, if it hadn't been for the hairdresser chatting to her customers it would have been silence for the entire treatment. I would not recommend this salon.

Went to get acrylics done a week ago, about 5 days after getting them done, they’ve started lifting and breaking from the bottom, design was messy. Staff look miserable and as if they can’t be bothered. Wouldn’t recommend going here. Had to go else where to get them fixed so wasted money

terrible nails design was good but the women doing the acrylic made it all lumpy and i have parts of the acrylic on my skin and it wont come off because it has hardened ridiculous would never go back there again do not recommend at all
