Unfortunately,
I
neglected
to
ask
how
much
the
simple
haircut
would
cost
before
going
there,
and
after
more
than
3
hours
staying
there,
me
and
my
friend
been
charged
for
£80!!!(each
£40)
The
hair
styler
acted
quite
unprofessionally
in
front
of
me,
yelling
at
one
of
the
employees.
Definitely
was
my
first
and
last
time
visiting
this
salon!!
And
now,
after
doing
nanokeratin,
I
realised
that
the
haircut
was
absolutely
awful
and
unprofessional.
I
sent
a
message
to
the
salon's
owner,
Mahnaz,
informing
her
of
how
bad
my
haircut
was!
By
the
way
I
DID
NOT
request
a
refund
or
a
redo
haircut.
To
my
surprise,
this
lady
insulted
me
extensively,
completely
denied
the
hair
cut
done
at
her
salon,
calling
me
a
stingy
hungry
beggar
and
mocking
me
because
of
my
hometown.
This
is
so
shocking
how
dare
she
does
treat
her
customers
and
her
employees
in
such
a
disgusting
manner,
and
while
I
was
waiting,
she
told
another
customer
to
leave
her
salon
because
she
was
unhappy
with
the
lashes
done
at
that
salon.
It's
unbelievable
that
someone
came
out
of
her
room,
came
to
the
UK,
and
decided
to
open
a
business
without
knowing
how
to
provide
a
good
service
or
deal
with
customers
or
having
any
knowledge
being
in
the
society!!!!
Avoid
this
terrible
salon
with
such
a
poor
