The booking process is clear and the website is easy to navigate (even on a mobile phone). There are appointments available without a long wait. Confirmation immediately sent by email. The venue is easy to find and it very clean and welcoming. The staff were all very friendly (and professional) from reception through to clinical team. Everything was on time and the waiting area very comfortable with refreshments etc. Clean premises and toilets etc. The procedure was fully explained to me and I felt in very safe and competent hands. My sonographer was very lovely and made me feel at ease. It was a thorough appointment and I was given results verbally immediately (and also printed copies) and digital versions emailed to me. I recommend this place wholeheartedly, it was a very seamless experience. Thank you.

We attended a really informative fertility open evening and got some great advice, so Surrey Park clinic was the place for us to begin our IVF journey. All the staff were professional, friendly and supportive putting our minds at rest and answered all our questions never mind how silly they were. During scans they talked us through exactly what they were looking at and why, which was really reassuring. We can’t recommend them enough.

After two miscarriages in mid-2022, I decided I wanted to have some investigations done to see what may have been caused them. My partner and I met with Lilian Ugwumadu who was beyond informative and offered us a range of options for where we could go from there in terms of testing and the process itself. I had all the tests done that Lilian recommended and everything came back saying nothing was wrong or had caused the miscarriages, which was reassuring to hear. Lilian said she could offer me progesterone support through early pregnancy for when we were to fall pregnant again. I found out I was pregnant in early September 2023 and contacted the Surrey Park right away. They booked me straight in with Lilian, who again was amazingly informative around progesterone and the process from there. I started taking the progesterone twice a day at 4 weeks pregnant and had to have an early pregnancy scan at 6 weeks to make sure all was normal and okay. I am now 15 weeks pregnant and have had multiple scans with Andrea, Kay and Yvette who are all so lovely and I cannot thank them enough for their support throughout these appointments. I have also had a couple of appointments with Lilian along the way who has been brilliant. I could not recommend the Surrey Park clinic highly enough – the entire team are so friendly, supportive, informative, and all round absolutely fantastic. My entire journey has been smooth and has really put my mind at ease throughout what could be a highly anxious time. I highly recommend the Surrey Park Clinic for anyone who has been struggling to start or add to their family.
