I visited Back to Health Hertford about 3 months ago after having a painful strain on my neck and shoulders from my desk job. I have scoliosis and corrective surgery so I struggle to find chiropractors and osteopaths that understand my limitations of movement and comfort. Alex was great, well versed in my condition and understood my concerns as well as very personable and friendly! Will most certainly be returning in the future and would highly recommend!

I've been a regular visitor to Back to Health since January. Over time Alex has given me simple strengthening exercises to do at home between treatments, always explaining how and why they would help - and they have so far (as long as I keep to the schedule)! Professional and friendly service every time.

I was suffering badly from a back pain, which is nothing new, and went to Back to Health as my wife had used them in the past. I made an appointment with Alex and found him to be very professional, and empathic. Within a few sessions by back was much better and so far, no further problems even after a game of squash.

I was suffering with pain all through my leg and back but after seeing Alex for an assignment and some great adjustments and great treatment with each visit my sciatic pain is a thing of the past.
