Working with Sally has been life changing. She has a true gift in helping women, lifting them up and making their souls shine through. I have worked with Sally mostly online from 1 to 1 coaching to her wonderful online sister circles which are such a safe space to share and just have a moment to slow down and take some time for yourself. I've also had the chance to join her She Rises in Self Love course which has been life changing in so many ways. Not only did I meet some amazing women but I got to experience Sally's magic for 8 weeks. She is so so supportive, gives amazing guidance and tips to become your true self and live your life how you always dreamed it could be. She will hold your hand through it all. I was lucky enough to go to Sally's first weekend retreat. I cannot recommend it enough! I was so excited to try her somatic dance workshop and it did not disappoint, it's such a powerful moment. Sally makes everyone feel so confortable and confident. She made the whole retreat so special, everything was beautifully set up and peaceful. After every session with Sally, be that an hour or a whole weekend I always feel so positive and like anything is possible. She has guided me to become my best self. I've learnt to love who i am and find my path in life. Sally has so much to offer and you will always be in safe hands with her.

Sally was amazing, knowledgeable and above all kind! Too often I get shy or awkward and she did not make me feel like that at all. Everyone was welcome and encouraged to be themselves. The autumn equinox goddess retreat was packed with practical activities such as warrior dancing and breath work. Then there were more relaxing parts to it such as the guided meditation with cacoa (not sure I've spelt it right), the reiki, crystal bowls and Indian head massage were transcendental. Thank you to Sally, Tor and Beth for a truly unforgettable experience ❤

This is the first time I’ve been to one of Sally’s ceremonies and I was blown away! The whole experience from walking in the door was just so special and magical 🤩 I felt safe I felt empowered and I felt part of a wonderful group of like minded people. The retreats I’ve been too held by sally have been amazing. I felt empowered and free. It’s an incredible space where woman build each other up through energy and movement in a very relaxed and calming environment.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I truly felt like myself, no limits and no expectations. I was free to be free. I left the class feeling a ‘togetherness’. Bonded by the whole group.
