I have used this establishment a few times over the last 14 ish years and every time I am amazed at the level of service I receive, the best customer service I have ever had anywhere.. Damian and his team always go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. This is the 2nd occasion I have had a custom piece made for my wife and although it was not an overly expensive article I felt that the same attention to detail was given as if it was worth millions.. So bravo to Damian, Laura and the rest of the team for their excellent work and dedication to their customers

*Perfect in every way* My now husband wanted to get my engagement ring from his hometown jeweller's, Carrs, so drove a 12 hour round trip from Kent to pick one, it was so beautiful (thank you ladies for guiding him! haha). So we did the same drive for our wedding bands. It was well worth it, not only the value for such beautiful rings and sentimental value, but the incredible service we received at all times.. we got engaged abroad, after the flight back to Manchester just before the drive home, they resized it for me and had it polished up in no time. The warm welcome we received when we came back for our wedding bands is unforgettable and made it even more special for us, I would recommend Carrs to anyone... also the ring boxes are stunning, please never stop these. We’ll be back for anniversaries!

Didn’t manage to say thank you personally as mum picked up my ring but Carrs were very understanding of the ask and did a fantastic job. The ring looked much better than expected (fix of a family heirloom) and I couldn’t be happier - much better than the simple fix I was expecting. There was no pressure to upsell and everyone was super helpful. Really love how Carrs gave new life to an old ring. Much more reasonable prices than london! Thanks to the team

I chose this lovely local jewellers to find a special ring for myself in honour of my daughter being born. I was so particular about what I was looking for & the staff were super helpful & patient in helping me find my perfect ring! They have a good selection of different styles & price points & every member of staff I encountered we're very warm, friendly, knowledgeable, accomodating & professional. The Carr's display box my ring was presented in is such high quality. I called ahead to ask that my tiny be ready to collect & it was presented to me in such a beautiful way. We visited today to look at a watch for me. We ended up buying one each for my wife and I. The service and attention we received was first class, nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were pleasant, attentive and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.
