A fantastic sports massage by Claire! A first for me but certainly not the last. This is a game changer if you are in to hitting the gym hard! Highly recommend Claire, she helps you feel at ease if it’s your first time and if your not sure what to expect (this is not a casual massage, this is the real deal) as you can see from her profile she has lots of experience and is very professional. I went to go see Martin with my ongoing knee problems whilst playing football, he knew straight away what the diagnosis was. He started a treatment plan and within a few months I was pain free and back to playing football without any problems. I highly recommend the Health Hub!

If you have aches or pains then go see the team at the Health Hub. I personally have been using them for a couple of years and they have always fixed me. I have used several in the past and it always feels like they just want your money. With the health hub they genuinely care and they have never told me I need 16 sessions. They have fixed my staff, my parents, my colleagues and friends so they come highly recommended. Sam is amazing at identifying the core of the problem and treating it and I dare you to have a sports massage with Tina is unreal. And no I don’t work for them.

Jodi and the team at The Health Hub have been amazing!! So knowledgeable, I never thought that I would love acupuncture & physio so much, they have helped so much in managing my pain and recovery from a hip replacement, plus the girls on reception are all so welcoming, its a really nice place to go to, I can't recommend it enough.

Jodie and Tanya are great. I am on my antenatal journey currently and I have had the antenatal physio check up with Jodie, and a pregnancy massage with Tanya. I am surprised that this is not mentioned during midwife appointments and it is a brilliant extra check for yourself. I look forward to the postnatal check up.
