I was lucky enough to go the opening night of this year's festival... Gotterdammerung.... spectacular. I will be keeping an eye on all future performances here. Can't recommend highly enough

They should have kept the politics out of the opera. Repeating “Just Stop Oil” theme with kids(!!) on stage again and again during the show is a very poor taste. The venue is lovely but the actual so-called opera is like listening to long dialogues. Felt being lectured rather than enjoying some singing. Was expecting beautiful classical costumes and dress and there’re none of that. It’s more like a high-school play.

Amazing afternoon tea with really attentive staff. Brilliantly intimate opera house, the only thing lacking is some ventilation as it can become somewhat overwhelming especially with the black tie dress code. The long intervals for picnics is a nice touch as well.

A truly wonderful experience. The setting is stunning too. We ordered a picnic basket for two and the food was excellent and plentiful. The Opera house itself is charming and intimate and the staff were helpful and friendly. Getting there and parking was easy too. Loved it and can't wait to go again.

Joyful blend of two favourites...opera and Shakespeare. The young artists bring great brio to it and enjoyed seeing the 'orchestra' on stage as part of the theatrical experience.

A wonderful setting in the heart of the Cotswolds. A purpose built opera house, picnic in the grounds with stunning scenery and glorious weather. Like a mini Glyndebourne!!

Wonderful music and delicious food. The performance, from the cast, orchestra, production team and catering were first class. We hope to return next year.
