Came to Strange to get my 11 year old daughter's ears pierced. We did an initial recce of stores that offered piercing in Wokingham and the service at Strange was, even at that point, head and shoulders above the alternatives. When we went back for the piercing, Lizzy was just brilliant! She took us to a quiet room and ensured everything was completely sterile. She then took her time to make sure the guide mark on each earlobe was in the right place, all while helping to make an excited but nervous child feel at ease. After completing the piercing, she walked us through how to keep the area clean and gave us a bottle of solution to get us started. Almost a month on now and still delighted with the experience and the outcome. Thank you Lizzy!

Fantastic Jewellers who are incredibly helpful and friendly. I have used Strange Jewellers to help restore a vintage/ antique ring with great sentimental value. They managed the repair extremely well. They also have a beautiful selection of jewellery pieces in their shop. Definately worth a visit.

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced today and was blown away by the experience. She was made to feel so special and the staff were so kind, even got a little teddy to hold during the piercing. The sweets and certificate were a cute touch. Lovely selection of earrings to choose from and reasonable price! I also had my nose pierced and again the experience was great. I would highly recommend.

Strange The Jewellers offer a jewellery cleaning service which is superb. I have lost a diamond in a ring before trying to clean my own jewellery so don’t like to clean my engagement and wedding rings myself. They always come back looking like new and super-sparkly! We bought my wedding ring from this jewellers and they were very helpful in picking out something suitable that matched my vintage engagement ring. We went for a half-eternity platinum ring and have been delighted with it. Highly recommended.
