OK place but for the price, it could be improved. Food is good but no meal voucher, so that will take you into the £30.00 bracket with parking. Showers are prison style. No privacy and floor like a swamp without anywhere dry to stand when you're done.. I really wish that people would address this problem. You find it everywhere. Particularly at motorway services. You'd never tolerate it in your own bathroom, so why here? Also the privacy thing. I don't want to shower with others. I want my own space! So with that in mind, only 3 stars ✨. Please improve and I will edit this review.

parking in a mostly on hard ground , wich is good . spaces are a decent size . no cafe , and £5 for a shower lol what a joke . and the showers themselves are like the toilets ? old dilapidated in need of a serious make over . and the smell from the toilets was disgusting . i know times are hard for everyone . but this place was rammed so there getting the trade ? there is another truck stop nearly next door that isn’t any better . then nothing down to felixstowe . so basically your at a ransom it’s here next door or a lay-by . english traders really do need to up there game . the state of uk so called truck stops is now beyond a joke . we go from places like this to superb places like formula 1 . there’s no happy medium . i won’t be back again as what’s the point might as well park on a lay-by and take your chances

Wow. Awful now!! Sure the truck stop is fine to park, secure blah blah but a driver needs food and this USED TO BE a good stop. Now....a burger van. If you like salt and no flavour, being robbed without having a gun held to your head and 'plastic cheese'...then this is perfect. Me, I'd rather stop down the road now. Won't be coming here again. Thank god the toilets are OK, you'll need them

Great place to stay. Hot showers which are clean with great water pressure. Nice food and always good portion sizes. Staff are friendly and tops it off nicely.

Booked in advance as was running out of time while waiting at British Sugar. The lady was brilliant on the phone and a great friendly team when you arrive. Secure parking with ample space and surprisingly quite considering the A14 is just behind. Facilities are clean and well kept and the food van serves quality fresh food. One of the great truckstops if only they we're all like this place. Thanks guys I'll see you next time I'm passing.

Parking still the same as it was over 2 years ago, now there is no cafe its just a burger van which has is OK but burgers were quite greasy Showers are very very outdated and very small can't swing a cat in it it's that small

Good parking for Truck! Serviced, polite. The SNAP system is working. steamy, heavy showers and toilets. Great!

Shame there's no sit down dining facilities but a burger wagon on site till late. Staff are alway's friendly and willing to assist in parking .
