Came for a early valentines meal, one of the first ones in. We was welcomed in and shown to our table, was then presented with fresh bread which was still warm. Ordered drinks which I ordered off the cocktail menu for valentines and what seemed to be the manager was talking to us about making them. Really friendly, had a laugh and made sure we was well looked after! Food was absolutely unreal, by far one of the best steaks I’ve had! You got plenty of food and the manager was more than happy to tell you if you ordered too much which I thought was a nice touch as he didn’t want you paying for something you didn’t eat which was fair enough. All the staff was lovely, very cosey feel. Will definitely be going back, worth the hours drive!

Staff are lovely, food is divine. Not in the pictures but the beef wellington I would whole heartedly recommend too. Absolutely love this place.

Absolutely gorgeous steak! Complimented nicely with delicious chips and perfectly cut veg! Lovely atmosphere and great service. We took our deserts home as we were happily full by the main! We will be back!

A beautiful old-style pub with a pretty drink selection. We went for the food on our anniversary. I never asked for anything extra but the boss man sent us 2 glasses of bubbly and went the extra mile for us. The food is next level. A proper steakhouse for a proper slab of meat.

Amazing!!!! The food, especially the steaks were cooked to perfection 👌🏼accompanied with beautiful vegetables and chips. Top notch wine supplier I'm guessing as the South African Pinotage was fruity just how I like it along with a good list of all other wine types. Fantastic service too by all staff. A bit longer at the table would be nice however we understand most places have a time limit per table reservation now. We love this place 😋

Steak Mecca? Yup! When a friend said he’d find a steak restaurant like no other, I scoffed at him. How wrong I was, and how right he was! The Ryther Arms Steakhouse is a brilliantly kept secret, having been open as a restaurant for years without being too widely known. Their offerings are a meat lover’s dream, and the prices reflect this. No cheap cuts or skimping on dishes here - you *do not* need to eat in advance of visiting! We pretty much needed rolling out of the door after our visit, having been absolutely stuffed by the delectable dishes. From sumptuous starters to mouthwatering mains, and delicious desserts to boot! You will find yourself in a cow-print adorned rabbit warren of rooms making a cosy dining experience. Staff are polite and welcoming, attentive but not overbearing, making your visit professional and friendly. A credit to this fantastic venue.

The food is delicious.i ordered the belly pork with the apple sauce, which was so nice,although the portion was big for a starter. My main course was Beef stroganoff which was soo tasty and also a really big portion,I struggled to eat it all but really enjoyed it. Will definitely visit again,maybe just the main course next time. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing steakhouse, steak was exceptional, onion rings were phenomenal and so was the Mac and cheese! Serving sizes are huge!
