We had a great experience booking through Jonny Ross Music Ltd. - everything was easy and Kyle was so quick to respond to any queries we had. When we were put in contact with The Northern House band directly they were just incredible from start to finish! We could choose both the band and the dj set lists (so our guests' song requests were played!) and we were absolutely thrilled with their performance, and so many of our wedding guests complimented the band and said how amazing they were. Everything about the music for our evening was just perfect, from the first dance to the last song that was played - we loved the fact that we could choose our final three songs too! They were also all so lovely to talk to! We shredded up that dance floor all night long, and would be more than happy to use this band again in the future if we had the opportunity, and recommend them to others.

We booked through Johnny Ross Music as they were a recommended supplier through our wedding venue (Iscoyd Park). We decided to go for the DJ and Saxophonist package and we’re so glad we did as Danny and Nick were amazing!! They had everyone up dancing all night and there wasn’t one song that didn’t go down well. We had an absolutely fantastic time at our reception due to them. We’ve also had so many comments from guests about how they felt it was some of the best music they’ve had at a wedding! Thanks so much to all the team!

If you are contemplating booking Something for the Weekend for your wedding then please just do it - you will definitely not regret it!! We had been struggling to find a wedding band which ticked all the boxes and that all our guests would enjoy … then we saw SFTW at a Jonny Ross showcase evening and knew they were “the one” as soon as we saw them! Our guests all loved SFTW and we have heard nothing but rave reviews. They are the perfect mix of funk and fun and Josh really knows how to get everyone going, the dance floor was packed for the duration of their sets and everyone seemed to be having the best time. Josh is amazing at interacting with everyone on the dance floor whilst maintaining excellent vocals! You can see from some of the photos how well Josh interacts with everyone and that they were loved by all guests … and most surprisingly by my 80 year old nana who had the time of her life dancing with Josh hahaha!!! Pure joy!!! We honestly couldn’t recommend them enough - they are the perfect addition to the best day! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I found Jonny Ross whilst looking for a dj for our wedding & I'm so glad I came across their Instagram page! We had Kyle dj & Tom on the sax and they were both incredible. They worked so well together & got everyone up on the dance floor. They absolutely smashed it and I couldn’t have asked for any better. We booked Ryan Hawkins to kick off our evening reception at our wedding and I cannot recommend him enough. He sounded amazing. He went above and beyond on the run up to our wedding to help us pick our first dance song. Everyone loved him! He knew just what to play to match the vibe of the room.
