Recently moved in and couldn't be happier with the service/help we received from Elle. She was patient, attentive and answered all the questions we had about the place. I never once felt rushed or pressured and she definitely sheds a good light on Anaconda Cut. Regarding the building itself - it's clean, spacious, well furnished and in a great location (10 min walk to Arndale and Victoria Station). There's a great community feel about the place and facilities are also quality too. Highly recommend.

Haven’t moved in yet but regarding the move in process Antonia was so helpful!! Probably drove her around the bend asking her for measurements and pictures of different bits so we could find decor but she didn’t mind at all & has been so efficient and communicative throughout the whole process! Absolute star!!

Honestly one of the best places to live in Manchester! We had a difficult experience with our last place ... but then we met Antonia! She was amazing, so very helpful, always to hand if you have any questions and if she doesn't know the answer she tells you where to go. The staff are all amazing honestly, and the apartments are gorgeous!

Right from the moment I walked into the building I got a great impression of the setup. Any questions I had answered and I am thoroughly looking forward to living there.

Had a great moving in experience. Elle was fantastic from start to end, answering every question no matter how small and always being contactable. Was moved in within 2 weeks and Elle went the extra mile without even needing me to ask. The property is stunning with fantastic facilities, you will not regret moving in to Anaconda Cut!

We have used the sky lounge space in Anaconda Cut for various community events and Elle has been so lovely with helping us arrange them by being flexible on dates, offering us storage space prior to the events and even volunteering at the events herself! As a resident, it is so clear that Elle is a great asset to the Anaconda Cut team and does so much to ensure residents are safe, welcome and enjoy their time living here. The workshops and events she hosts are always so enjoyable and have enabled me to make long-lasting friendships with my neighbours. Thank you, Elle!

Anaconda Cut is an amazing building with amazing people. Its location is perfect because it’s so close to the city center, but still in a quiet area. The people working in and for Anaconda Cut is so kind and helpful, and we really appreciate them! You won’t have any problems here, and if you do, the staff will fix it so fast. I definitely recommend considering Anaconda Cut if you are looking for a nice and modern apartment in Manchester!

Elle Jones a leasing agent and Shane and Peter in the maintenance team are the best! Elle is so kind and professional, she was so welcoming and helped me with the leasing contract quickly, i was desperate for a bank account and they need a proof of address so she helped me with referencing and with the contract immediately on the same day! also, shane is so friendly and funny, he saw me in the lift and start talking to me, even we never meet before, and laugh with me and always fixes any problem in my flat. thanks for you guys!
