Just got back from a relaxing week at this gem of a holiday. Everything in the other reviews is all true, accommodation spotless and comfortable and meeting all your needs. The surroundings are relaxing and according to the fisherman in the family fishing is excellent. So well located and near to other amenities. Paul and Nikki had the balance just right, a friendly welcome, a walk round the lakes and passing conversations if our paths crossed. There if needed but not obtrusive. Just spent another great week at Cranford. The surroundings are lovely and it’s so peaceful and quiet- we always go home so chilled and relaxed. We enjoy the fishing and just love being there and the stunning North Devon coast is 35mins away. Looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you Niki and Paul.

Stayed here last year for a week and then this year for 2 weeks, have already booked again for next summer. Think this speaks for itself! An excellent fishery with a great pub on site. Cottages have everything you need and are very spacious. Paul and Nikki were both excellent hosts. Looking forward to our next visit already!

Just got back from a fantastic 3 night stay at Cranford and couldn't have asked for any thing more. The cottages are very clean and cosy after a fantastic day fishing on the lakes. The host Paul was so friendly and very helpful at helping you fish his beautiful lakes.The pub to has fantastic food and very friendly so I will be booking again for later in year if there is any spaces left. Thank you Paul and family for a fantastic weekend.

We stay here every year. So peaceful & quiet. Great fishing. Lots of places to visit nearby too. Paul, Nikki & Archie are lovely people with a wealth of local knowledge.

Great fishing for my husband that lead to a happy week for me 🤣 Fish in fantastic condition! The grounds are perfectly maintained and Paul was a brilliant host! Would highly recommend, whether you fish or not , everything you need is in the cottage, really a home from home .

Superb accommodation in beautiful surroundings with stunning lakes especially the top lake. Plenty of fish for both the novice and the more seasoned angler, ideally located for trips out to the inspiring North Devon coastline. The owners are welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Three lakes in superb surroundings with a good variety of fish, accommodation is good value for money.
