Really friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere is super laid back and welcoming. My daughter has been going along to their warhammer sessions and she has absolutely loved it. It's also got me back into mtg again. Great community vibe

One of the very few hobby shops that is in Stroud. This place is a goldmine for anyone looking for trading cards, miniatures, and in-store events whether you want to take part or book a table for your own private game. The staff are more than willing to help you with any issues should they arise and the place has recently started expanding with some more space for gaming. It's the shop I always use for my Warhammer and they never disappoint with delivery time and discounts. 10/10 would recommend!

Wonderful experience for our 10/11 year old son who had a brilliant and highly engaging time learning how to play 'magic the gathering' with Seb who was a kind patient fun teacher. I am really grateful for this rare gem of a community hub where contrary to the stereotype of gaming often out there, the community is brought together in a very special way to learn how to play table top games together, the passion, enthusiasm and expertise is all there. Seb had a natural affinity to accommodate the differing learning styles needed for an autistic learner with ease and care. Our son will be going back weekly, thank you and looking forward to more fun ahead, might join an adult game while I am there!

This place is epic! Seb and the team are passionate about what they do and really know their stuff. They have been so encouraging and helpful in the start of our sons Warhammer journey! He is quite young to be starting but signed up for the beginners club and they are so patient and fun. He loves coming in and I think you have a player for life now!

Kobold's Cave is a special place - the guys there are so welcoming and friendly to everyone from crusty old stagers to young kids just getting started. The owner Seb is a great guy, on a mission, and I think he's making a big impact on the community already. My kids play D&D there regularly as well as Warhammer, and they have an amazing time. I cannot recommend Kobold's Cave strongly enough
