Under a different name due to email problems but I had a ceiling repair 2 days job it was and Steve C came out and carried out the job not only did he do an Exellent job but he cleaned up after himself he inspected it to make sure it was safe clean and applied properly to which it was he was very helpful always cheery very top man hope to have him for future repairs it’s thanks to him my homes now warmer than it was before so thank you again people like you don’t get enough praise for your hard work so thanks again ♥️ xx

Does not enforce its tenancy agreement they love to harassing their tenants they wouldn't know equality and allow its tenants to abuse others and racially abuse from tenants is ignored. They are the most 2 faced company and tell you what they think you want to hear never tell you the truth

I have been a tenant for 7 years now and when ever I need them to come and fix a problem their service is terrible. They either never turn up or when they do they can not be bothered and mug me off! I have waited two weeks for an appointment about damp, and I explained the appointment was between 8-1 but at 8:30 I had the school run, I would be 10 mins. I came home to a letter through the door saying they came at 8:35 but was not waiting for me and a leaflet about how to control damp! Absolutely disgusting service, I have a baby in this house too. Last year I contacted them in the November about my boiler and they left me until March with no heating at the time I had a child under 6 years and I was pregnant. Absolutely horrendous service.

Don't like addressing complaints, Tend to ignore your issues and like to make excuses.

They maybe under new management but they are still following the same mantra of the old and the ones before them full of promises but will not do anything about the undelt with complaints that happened beforehand. Utter lip service and not interested to say the lest

Usually good but extremely disappointed today as a pensioner shower rail with curtains came adrift rang up to see if they couldm be fixed by tchg chap said no get a handy man in or do it yourself at 73 years of age and living in these flats thought these repairs would be done so am not best pleased said get a relative to fix as most of my family live in reading makes sense 😂😂🙂

UPDATE: The two remaining, healthy trees [2 and 3 Jubilee Drive South] have now also been cut down. Unfortunately, not only have we now lost their aesthetic/wildlife qualities, they were also acting as a windbreak, between 2 and 3. As expected, as soon as the latest storm hit, our fencing was immediately damaged. Damage, which almost two weeks later, has still not been repaired.

Put in emergency repair was told to ring in the morning not very good.
