    Very rude, unprofessional and non-empathetic staff I have a had a very unfortunate experience with the reception staff here. It was unfortunate that I needed an appointment with major work changes, university exams and family illness at the same time. I had to reschedule my appointment on two occasions due to circumstances which were out of my control, and ensured that I gave more that 24 hours notice on each occasion. I was met with an extremely insensitive reception staff member who proceeded to ask why I was changing my appointment despite it being confidential information and then refused to rebook my appointment and lectured me on my time management. If you are a PRIVATE and paying patient, go elsewhere as they have no regard for busy lifestyles and cannot comprehend that at times due to things out of our control may have to reschedule. Spend your good hard earned money elsewhere where they will value you as a patient and have compassion. If you are an NHS patient, also go elsewhere, they don’t abide by the NHS values and will disrespect you as a result. Very disappointed, extremely upset.

    Nice Friendly and professional staff. When you are in nead of this kind of service its often quite stressful. It's nice to feal that you're in safe hands. They explain and reassure at every stage.

    Signage is poor, shabby piece of paper taped to the wall tells you to take a seat. The appointment was very rushed. The ''assistant' told me some details about the procedure which weren't correct. The 'nurse' started the scan with little warning and gave little eye contact or verbal communication to me. Something was obviously wrong but I was given no reassurance. Just really poor impersonal patient care, might as well be a factory. As someone who also works in health care, really disappointed and embarrassed that this is the standard of service for patients in Essex.

    I have not even been seen by this service but they have already put me off attending. You cannot speak to anybody on the phone. Email or text only They are giving out different information on the same question asked by email or text. I have never met a medical organisation refusing a private patient. If you have been referred as a nhs patient but the wait is too long they won't allow you to be a private patient so you can seen quicker. This is obviously a cheap service the nhs want to use but save your money and go elsewhere if you are a private patient.

    Called the website number and was met by a very rude and unprofessional member of staff that said you need to email! Despite the letter I received saying call! Training is very much needed for these staff members.

    Thank you for fitting us in at such short notice , on bank holiday. You have been very helpful and professional. The whole experience was great! I would recommend ultrasound Essex.

    Was running late to an app. Tried to call numerous times ahead of time to warn them. No response. Called another number to pass the message on. They then called me asking where I was, explained I tried to call them I was running late. I arrived at the time I said I was going to be there due to heavy heavy traffic getting onto the Island. And then was told they can no longer see me, despite me arriving within my 15minute ‘allowed’ time. If it was such an issue they should have said on the phone so I could have changed my journey to head back home considering the time of morning it was and heavy traffic just to get back home. Very disappointed with their service.
