Location was close to Waverley station and the staff here were really friendly. The process was really straight forward. I would definitely use this service and location again.

Very friendly staff at the shop and quick booking system. We were even able to change the time free of charge. Found a discount code by typing on Google and even without it’s a good price so that you can relax and enjoy your day without having to lug around heavy bags before your departure. Would definitely use again!!

Friendly enough team. Quick check in. Storage easy to find. Reception challenged me when I tried to get back into the room quickly after dropping my bags off and using the loo, which gave me confidence the items were safe. Only 'down side' would be that no one escorts you to the room so anyone could rifle through the bags when dropping theirs off. Just a suggestion where possible staff escort you to the room to drop off / collect to ensure it doesn't happen but felt pretty secure.

Great location and service. Team was super nice and helpful. First time using Bounce so I was surprised to see this in a small convenience store, but the team made good use of their space and were very helpful, and also allowed us to come back in middle of the day to pick up small items from our bags.

Thé service was quick and efficient, and very close to the station; my only reservation is that the luggage was stored at one side at the back of the shop, neatly tucked under a shelf - but nevertheless in full view of everyone coming into the shop. If the shopkeeper had not been keeping an eye out 100% of the time, they could have been stolen

Perfect solution, easy and smooth drop off and pick up! And right next to Waverly train station (2 min walk). You have to book your spot online, I don't believe they do walk ins.

Hard to find, terrible descriptions of location, small signage. Basically located inside a small convenient store and luggage lined up on aisle while owner tended to customers purchasing goods who were squeezing by us standing in line with all our luggage. Even though we had a reservation it took so long to find the place we decided to take it with us.

First time using Bounce and was impressed by how easy it was. Will definitely use again. Guys in the shop were very helpful and we felt happy leaving our bags there.
