    I can not recommend this guy highly enough. Working with Khris was amazing. I had a personal goal to get fit before my Sons wedding in Cyprus and Kris was brilliant. He understood the challenge and guided me through it until we achieved a fantastic result. Khris was great throughout every session. He is really friendly, relaxed and very knowledgeable so you always feel in safe hands. *Not* one of the shouty PT's but is constantly encouraging. I was inspired by how Kris mixed the exercises up, so using different methods and techniques to work the same muscle groups (great if the machine isn't free or you're at a different gym). The results speak for themselves - I lost the best part of a stone in just a few months. Thank you so much for looking after me, Khris. You really inspired me to push myself, get fitter and be a better me. I couldn't have achieved anything if it wasn't for your constant support, guidance and friendship. You're a legend.

    So myself and hubby are in our 50s and needed to get healthier and fitter . I went to Zumba first with a friend ( never done it before and have 2 left feet ) .Kris is a great instructor and easy to follow - I actually enjoyed it and very friendly group - I now attend zumba 3 times a week and feel good / better about myself and have lost 10kilos ! Hubby now has Kris as PT and together with his advice on diet - low carbs more protein and exercise my hubby who has never stepped into a gym in his life has lost 8kilo . It’s never too late , Kris is only a text away and fully supportive with your goals . Would 100% recommend Kris & Zumba

    Khris is a fantastic personal trainer - he really welcomes you to whatever space you're working in and understands your level of fitness & pushes you just enough to make you want to come back for more. I have also taken part in his 21 day challenge during lockdown and it was great to see how making small changes can change your mood and physical health! I would 100% recommend Khris and his service, he's friendly, bubbly and always super energetic!

    For last 3 weeks I have been training with Fitness with khris . Can I just say how great I am starting to feel. My arthritis has immensely improved. Usually when going to gym I don’t have a clue but kris is teaching me right equipment and how to improve each time. Also teaching me about nutrition when training. My internal fat in just 3 weeks has gone down 🀩 This has been best investment I have ever made in myself. And to be fair how many of us join the gym and pay membership and don’t go. I am one of them πŸ™ˆ But I have a feeling I will enjoy exercise and the gym much more now. My weight loss journey has been slow but now with 30kg down I love including the exercise side of it and this is just the icing on the cake ( well cake in limitation πŸ˜‚ ) Please check this lovely young man. He has changed my life in the fitness side. And I love it πŸ’ͺ Thank You ❀️

    After only 6 weeks of training I am already noticing benefits in my daily life. My injured shoulder is stronger and more flexible. I can walk up stairs easily rather than doing my old one step shuffle, and I have more energy. Khris understands the restrictions I have and guides and encourages me to improve. I feel confident and positive for the first time in a long while. This was a great decision.

    Khris is very knowledgeable in his field and passion in his job as a Personal Trainer, always eager helping people to achieve their fitness goal and seeing results .Khris recently helped me with TRX Suspension Training for my upper body strength training as TRX is always one of my interest. I wanted to learn the right techniques and Khris has always been patiently helping me out and to explain benefits to each muscle groups .Khris always motivates you to do your best ! Highly recommended!!

    Khris runs wonderful friendly groups, it's so nice to go to a fitness class and not feel self conscious, I can gig-about to my heart's content knowing I'm in a safe space and no one is judging me. This is to the credit of khris and his partner Sophie, to be honest I must be the biggest there but with them I never feel it. In these times where fitness is now an important factor their classes on line and in person are the place to be. I would recommend them to anyone who what's to get fit and enjoy the process!

    From Caroline Mills 😊Love my 2 Zumba fitness classes each week with Khris and Sophie. A really friendly class with all levels of fitness catered for. Khris has huge enthusiasm and his smile is contagious, together with the great music it’s a feel good hour!
