I have been having acupuncture with Adam from before Christmas. I must admit I couldn’t get my head around how this could work, I have to say I was very wrong, having acupuncture has had an enormous benefit on not only my physical health but also my mental well being. Adam is very good at what his does and I would highly recommend. If you are unsure whether to try all I would say is go for it, nothing to loose but so much to gain.

I’ve had several sessions of acupuncture with Adam, which have been excellent. The treatment helped enormously with muscle spasm pain, following major spinal surgery. Adam is a very understanding and caring therapist, who shows an enormous amount of care. I found him to be excellent both with the physical treatment but also the emotional understanding and empathy towards my situation. I would not hesitate to recommend Adam to anyone looking for acupuncture as a treatment.

Suffering with dreadful shoulder pain for months, Adam quickly diagnosed a few areas of concern on my left side and got to work. Within five sessions, the shoulder pain has eased greatly and we're now working on the other issues. Highly recommended.

I started acupuncture with Adam in June - booked at 3am out of desperation because of crippling hay fever that fexofenadine and steroid nasal drops were no longer helping! I immediately noticed a difference and was able to completely stop taking all hay fever medication, meaning that the rest of the season was medication-free. I honestly cannot believe the difference it made and can't wait to see what next year's hay fever season is like. As an extra bonus, Adam has totally turned around my PCOS symptoms. At the first appointment, I was on day 48 of my cycle and my period started a few hours after seeing Adam. My previous cycle had been 58 days so I hadn't expected anything for a while. Since then, it has been regulated and is down to a 30-day cycle, which is incredible given how stretched out they had been prior to seeing him. My other symptoms have also become less extreme and I'm excited to see how that continues as we continue treatment. Adam is always lovely to talk to, knowledgeable, professional and listens to all the symptoms and difficulties you're having to decide on the treatment. All the questions he asks are relevant and he often has further insight and advice on managing conditions beyond acupuncture. He takes thorough notes and remembers everything you've discussed, joining it together to gain a holistic understanding of your health. The clinic itself is clean, bright and has air con and heating so is never an uncomfortable temperature. There's plenty of parking outside and it's easy to get to.
