My favourite coffee shop! Food & drink always incredible and made with care. Staff are so friendly and the whole place has a really positive feel. Dog friendly too which means you can visit at the end of a walk which I love 🐾✨

Without a doubt the best bakery in Kent - I’ve cycled 2 hours and driven 30 minutes and would walk 8 hours if I had to just to get one of their cookies. If you go after 11am they do toasties and sandwiches and they’re also incredible - I highly recommend the cheese and kimchi. Also the coffee is 10/10 Service 10/10, so friendly and smiley and just such a nice vibe all round I’d like to spend the whole day there

What a great find! We've always struggled to find a good quality bakery outside of London but this place is amazing! It's hidden away so you'd only really know about it if you were local but it's well worth going out of your way for some proper, fresh tasty treats! They have homemade breads, fresh proper coffee and wonderful homemade baked goods. 10/10! Definitely going to be coming here regularly from now on!

Beautiful fresh ingredients, unbelievably delicious breads and GIGANTIC sandwiches. Slowly working my way through all the sweet baked goods & not been remotely disappointed once; particularly recommended the brownies! Also, never been one to see much of a difference between coffee qualities at different vendors but this is the first place I’ve ever been to that’s made me think ‘wow, that’s a truly great coffee’.

There is nothing average about their food, it’s brilliant. I came here specifically to try the cheese and kimchi toastie and it did not disappoint. The bread was perfectly crisp and packed full of delicious melted cheese. The kimchi had a beautifully flavour to it. On the counter they also had some sweet treats, but also some savoury ones too. I picked up a cheese and sweet chilli jam swirl. It was beautiful soft with a punch of strong cheese and chilli. Inside the shop it’s very minimalistic but their sandwiches and coffee are where the effort has been put.

We were recommended Average Doughs Bakery as a MUST place to visit & we weren't disappointed. I had the sourdough cinnamon bun, which was so fresh & tasty. We sat on the benches outside, enjoying the sunshine, enjoying the enticing smells coming from the bakery... so we went back in for some cookies to take home. We look forward to coming back soon.

This bakery is quite simply excellent. The location, atmosphere and service are faultless, and their product is second to none. Not only is there cappuccino the best I've had, their food is delicious and good size portions. My five year old has never complained coming here given the fresh cookies and cakes. Great place.

Amazing local cafe and bakery. The BEST white chocolate chip cookies, focaccia and cinnamon buns. Lovely branding too
