There are no rooms as it's a caravan park. It is immaculately kept, we were really appreciative of their collecting all grass cuttings! The staff are very friendly and the village is within walking distance. It has a pub which normally serves food but they are without a chef at the moment so we can't comment on that. All pitches are fully serviced and given privacy by orientation and shrubs. The dog walk field is adequate but not securely fenced but there are other walks in the local area.

Location allows easy access to village cte and “green wheel” cycleway to other villages and Peterborough. Visited Waterton Arms lively and friendly; Wednesday night quiz. Diligently cared for site by the KL team. £27/night incl. WILL VISIT AGAIN.

Excellent site, fully serviced pitches. Immaculate grassed areas, 2 huge dog fields for off lead excercise. Now have dog wash installed, what more could you want. Warm welcome as always from the owners.

Fabulous, extremely well cared for small caravan site. Owners always very welcoming. Nice walk into village along the river.

Beautiful location, kept in pristine condition. Only improvement would be the provision of a flushing toilet for use of caravanners.

Beautifully kept site, friendly and informative owners. They should run a competition of spot a weed in the lawn!! Don’t know how he achieves this - amazing!! Great few days - good for visiting Stamford and surrounds

Just had a 3 night stay here, fabulous! Easy to find and nice owner who showed us where everything was. There are no facilities, but you have a fully serviced pitch so have everything you need. Pitch was massive and nice & level and the whole site was very well maintained. We were by the fields and it was probably the most peaceful place we have stayed. There is a big dog walk just to the side, and it’s a nice walk along the river into Market Deeping. We found loads of places to walk with the dog, roads, paths, fields, bridleways, it was great! Will definitely stay again!
