DO NOT GO HERE! I would not wish a keloid scar upon my worst enemy it is my biggest insecurity and impacts me every single day. I went here a couple years ago to get my belly button pierced it was so dodgy and i have a phobia of needles so i fainted, the lady was so rude she was no help and told me ‘i’d rather you be sick in a sink than all over my bed’ she was more concerned about the costumers waiting outside than letting me come round for a minute and actually helping me. She provided no ‘after care’ but recommended salt water which did absolutely nothing. My piercing became infected and only healed over summer for a couple of months before becoming badly infected again. It got to the point that my piercing was hanging off a thread of a skin and was extremely painful so i went back into the shop and she told me all sorts of lies and said it had ‘grown out’ i think what had happened is she 1. pierced it too close to the surface so it was never able to heal 2. provided no after care or info 3. perhaps used the wrong size bar. She then removed it and told me it would heal in a couple months and said i would have to pay again to have it re done. I was so upset and not only has the skin never healed an entire year later but it’s now scarred and i most likely can never do anything about it.

had 3 piercings here so far- my belly, tragus and cartilage which were all pierced with needles. two which have healed perfectly and the other one is brand new. very kind and lovely and quick process 😄 thank you so much Xx

Went here on multiple occasions! All of my piercings have turned out amazing and healed really well. There’s no need for aftercare treatment when using a needle best advice is salt water which the owner advised me to use and they healed perfectly. Highly recommended best place Cheltenham, worth every penny - reasonably priced and great little finds in the shop

DONT GET PIERCED HERE. GO TO LNO PIERCING. I came here for a helix piercing which was performed with a gun (should be a needle as a gun can badly damage the cartilage), the length of the earring was too short, so there was no room to allow for any swelling, the jewellery used was cheap- not titanium, solid gold etc and had a butterfly back which is a breeding ground for bacteria. I was lucky that the piercing is straight, unlike many other reviews. I had to ask how to care for it and then was wrongly given solution to use, which can actually aggravate a new piercing. The lady that did it was unprofessionally going off on political rants to me about various topics. Had to have the earring replaced and the piercing checked at LNO piercing. Wish I had gone there to begin with.

Had an issue with my nose piercing that was pierced elsewhere and the lady was so helpful in advising me on how to sort it! Definitely recommend here, the staff are so lovely

I got my industrial pierced here she took my money before even checking if I had the right anatomy, which I don’t have but she went on to pierce it anyway bled a lot. Whilst piercing me she was ranting about inappropriate things such as not wearing certain clothing and political views and complaining about negative reviews she gets online. After a week it was still very painful and now I have a keloid even after removing the piecing it’s sore and all red. Never coming here again. It’s a shame that my money got wasted and my health got impacted.

One of my favourite shops by far…I try not to visit too often as it always costs me money!! 🤪 The people who work there are lovely and down to earth. I had my left daith pierced a few weeks ago…aswell as looking pretty, I wanted to see if it would help with my constant excruciating headaches and eliminate the need to take endless painkillers. Like blinking magic, within a few days I had gone from 3-4 lots of tablets a day to none, one or two at the very most! I have been back today to get the right daith done and am very happy….I have a number of piercings and these were done professionally and hygenically by a no nonsense piercer who advises salt water to cleanse the piercing as this is the best thing to use…I can only suggest to anyone who finds this not to be the case - maybe you should review your personal hygiene routine!!🤨😂

I’ve had many piercings here and they’ve all turned out amazing! I’ve never had any problems with the healing stage as the piercer gave me clear aftercare instructions. Every time I visit this shop it never fails to make me smile. The staff are so welcoming and friendly - best shop in Cheltenham without a doubt! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
