I have received incredible service from Andy at Denture World on two occasions when I needed urgent help. I have worn dentures, that were made by my regular dentist, for a number of years. Early last year, to my horror, I lost my 'real' front tooth and my dentist couldn't see me for 2 weeks! Quite by chance, I noticed the 'Denture World' board as I drove past and wondered if they could help me. I phoned the next morning in quite a panic, to be met by the calm, understanding and reassuring voice of Andy. He fitted me in the same day. A wonderful new tooth was attached to my existing plate and he also made an adjustment which then made it fit more comfortably and more securely than it did before! The second occasion was only a couple of weeks ago. I was eating lunch on Sunday when my plate broke in two! I contacted Andy early Monday morning and he assured me that I didn't need to worry because he could fix them. What a relief. Within the hour I was on my way to work with teeth as good as new. Now, if that isn't exemplary service, then tell me what is! I want to thank Andy for taking the worry off my shoulders and solving the problem. I have no hesitation in recommending Andy - he's absolutely marvellous!

The care and attention to detail that I received from Andy was second to none. I was referred by my dental practice who had no hesitation in recommending Andy, the outcome was fantastic and I have not stopped smiling since the rework on my front teeth. After suddenly losing most of my teeth to gum disease, the most devastating and embarrassing experience for a self conscious person like myself in my 40’s, I was forced to find a solution in the form of NHS made dentures for over a year whilst awaiting my gums healing. Although I was registered with an excellent dentist, who tried his absolute best on multiple attempts spanning over a year, to create me the perfect set of dentures to proportion my facial structure - I was still inevitably left with what I can only describe as “the denture sag” - no lip or chin support, sunken in cheeks & a smile that looked miserable! In January 2023, I finally mustered up the courage and ignored the horrible feeling of the embarrassment of showing someone else my mouth with no teeth, to book myself in with Andy at Denture World. From my very 1st appointment, on 9th January 2023, I felt as if I had known Andy for years and he understood my concerns and needs completely. I was very sure by now of what it was I was looking for in a set of dentures, but was completely unaware of what the modern world of aesthetic dentistry actually entailed. After many thorough examinations and comparisons of old pictures and videos of my natural teeth, we finally came to an agreement on what I was going for. Andy explained everything from materials down to teeth shades and never forced or pressured me into going with something I wasn’t 100% happy with. He actually listened to and took on board every tiny detail or opinion I showed. This was the game changer for me and after several weekly appointments & tailored consultations with Andy, on 15th February 2023 my final masterpiece was fitted and presented to me and my family. Luckily for me, 2 days before a huge family event, to say that I was absolutely blown away would be a MASSIVE understatement because I am still in awe of the difference that my new dentures have made - not only to my face but my confidence - they have given me a completely new lease of life! The first comment I received after showing off my new smile to my entire family at the event was “Have you had botox?” - I was over the moon with this, because I knew that my dentures were so natural looking, that nobody could actually even work out what the difference in my face was - But it was clear that the lift in my face took years of age off! My experience with Andy actually made me realise more than anything that losing your teeth, for whatever reason it may be, isn’t actually the end of the world and SOMETHING can always be done about it in the right hands!
