I saw this cast iron tortoise on Etsy and couldn't resist! We have quite an ornate garden and have several metal animals and birds hiding away in various places, mostly to entertain our young Grandson. I move them about regularly and he sets off to find them. When I got this, now named Herbert, he was just .....rusty. But me being me standard is rarely what I want, so, with a little cosmetic attention he became .... well.... Herbert the Tortoise! Brilliant! Very much recommended.

Ordered a companion set with some gloves as we had a burner installed just before Christmas. The companion set is ideal as it's compact and sits on the hearth nicely. The gloves are better than the ones we were given as they fit my hands (they are smaller) and are of a nice quality. I had a small issue with delivery but this was soon rectified. The items are of great quality and I would recommend using this company and supporting small businesses. Thank you.

I bought a beautiful table from these guys via Etsy - a platform I wasn't too familiar with at the time. I was a little nervous, but I couldn't say enough about how the table exceeded expectations when it arrived or how carefully it was packed. Communication with the seller was excellent as well and the table was a great price given its quality. I'd buy from Black Country again in a heartbeat (and plan to in the near future). Ordered some traditional outdoor wall lights. When they arrived, I was so happy with not only the quality but the style, overall look and finish. I bought a lovely hanging bird feeder for my aunt on Etsy from this shop. The delivery was a bit slower than was specified, but the product was so worth the wait and it was only a couple days later than expected. It’s absolutely stunning and exactly as pictured.
