We recently moved into the area and we needed to remove all the carpets due to allergies but with the need to decorate certain rooms before the new carpet went down, we worked with J&I to create a stagged plan to get everything done before Christmas. True 5* customer experience. We need two new carpets fitted very quickly and the whole team went out of their way to make it happen. The fitters even coming late into the evening after breaking down, instead of moaning they just brought someone else and did it in record time. So professional from start to end. Haven't dealt with a company like this for years. Bravo! Don't choose anyone else

Good. Beautiful carpet fitted well and on time. Local company with nice showroom in town. Bad. The price we were quoted intially was incorrect so it worked out more expensive.

Initially the service in the shop was ok, but not happy with the fitting. Lots of damage to Skirting and walls. Complained to the shop, there view was sometimes this happens. Will not be going back.
