Such a good experience with Graham Lee Carpets from start to finish. I went to the Cheam store and Gerry was very helpful in narrowing down the choices. Great communication from when the carpet was ready to when fitting was booked. Mick, the fitter was very quick, clean and tidy. I'm as happy with my new bedroom carpet as i have been by the friendly and professional service.

Visited the Showroom in Cheam Village. Met Gerry who was very helpful - lending carpet samples for me to try at home. Ordered the carpet on a Monday and the following Friday it was down. I cannot fault the quality of the carpet, underlay and fitting. Being a striped carpet for hall, stairs and landing, Gerry had pointed out that it may be difficult if not impossible to pattern match the returns. In my opinion the fitters have done a superb job. I cannot find fault and if you are looking to replace carpet, I highly recommend giving this local firm your business.

We recently had a bedroom carpet laid by Graham Lee Carpets. In our visit to the shop they worked with us to find an appropriate carpet and underlay for our needs (the bedroom is also an office, and we have a young child). We found them very helpful but not at all pushy, giving us time and space to consider different options while answering any questions we had. They measured up within a few days and provided a quote promptly afterwards, followed up by good communication and a willingness to accommodate our requests (we needed to time the carpet fitting around other work being done). We're pleased with the final result and I would be happy to recommend them to others.

Excellent products and excellent customer service. They put new carpets on our stairs and Amtico throughout upstairs. Jamie did a superb job. The Amtico and carpets look stunning. We are absolutely delighted and would recommend this family-run, local business.

Really happy with our new Amtico flooring, the end product looks amazing and the fitter had such attention to detail which was really nice to see. We had issues with our subfloor which needed fixing but the shop were really accommodating and helped rearrange the install, which made things a lot easier for us. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely new carpet, good choice of colours and timeframe for delivery was quick! A bit pricey. Fitting could be improved, especially the person installing the carpet could have taken his shoes off (or use shoe covers).
